We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders are meticulously inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products all sales are deemed FINAL SALE. Per federal law, the return of human hair products is prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed. ALL SALES Bundles, Wigs, ARE FINAL SALE. When you purchase on our website, you legally agree to the terms of the return policy prior to checking out. We do not perform order cancellations or refunds after 24 hours due to external, personal plan changes that may have occurred, unknown and unrelated to Tyra Glam/Divine Luxe Hair.

All merchandise is shipped via USPS.

*Merchandise will be sent after processing has been completed and you will receive an email confirming payment along with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment processing is completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Processing payment time : 1-2 business days 

Shipping Process time: 3-5 business days 

Weekends & Holidays are not business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Tyra Glam/Divine Luxe Hair  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Tyra Glam/ Divine Luxe Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
